Private Hayride in Richmond, Texas
Everyday starting December 1st, 2024-December 30th
Every trailer fits up to 20 riders and tours the Pecan Grove neighborhood in Richmond, Texas for 1 hour.
Reservations are open beginning October 1st, and payment in full being due December 1st, no exceptions.
Payments are due via Zelle, mail-in check, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash in Person.
Invoices for submitting payment will be sent out December 1st and are due by 9pm or slot will be released, no exceptions.

Pecan Grove Hayride Q&A
A: The meeting location is in Runaway Scrape Ct, Richmond, TX 77406.
A: Please come in as few cars as possible to reduce congestion. Be respectful of the neighborhood property; failure to do so will result in your appointment being voided with no refund.
A: The hayride operates rain or shine, with no refunds unless we cancel or reschedule on our end. In the case of thunderstorms or severe weather (heavy wind/rain), you can reschedule if slots are available. If none are available, you’ll receive a voucher for the 2025 season.
A: Payment is due on December 1st. Invoices will be sent on that date, and you can pay via Zelle, credit card (4% fee), Venmo, Apple Pay, check (mailed to the address above), or cash.
A: Each trailer accommodates up to 20 adult-sized riders. For larger parties, we have two trailers operating in the same hour, allowing up to 40 riders (with double the charge for both trailers).
A: Yes, we have a ramp available for wheelchairs.
A: Yes, pets are allowed on the hayride!
A: Yes, we offer hayrides outside of Pecan Grove and Richmond. However, out-of-town bookings will include higher price surcharges to cover additional travel and setup costs. Contact us for a custom quote based on your location.
