Christmas Light Leasing Maintenance Program Q&A

A: Our Leasing Maintenance Program offers several advantages:

Hassle-Free: We handle everything—no need to buy, replace, or store lights. We take care of it all, including removal and storage after the season.

Professional Quality: Enjoy high-quality, commercial-grade lights tailored to your home for better durability and appearance.

Maintenance Included: We cover repairs for any malfunctions during the first two years at no extra cost, saving you from dealing with issues yourself.

Cost Savings: Our program includes storage and warranty, helping you save on replacements and upkeep over time.

A: Our program covers everything from installation to maintenance and storage. We provide all necessary materials like clips, wiring, lights, and extension cords. Uninstalls are done between 1/3-1/12, & we store the lights in a climate-controlled facility for the following year.

A: If you cancel the service, you will lose access to the materials and storage. However, a buy-out fee is available if you’d like to keep the materials.

A: The price contract lasts for four years, after which your quote will expire, and you’ll have the option to renew or modify the service. (prices tend to increase) You can cancel your installation anytime in the off-season, but you will lose access to materials & service.

A: Troubleshooting and maintenance are included for the first two years, covering all issues, including damages from animals, lawn mowers, and other common outage problems. However, please note that troubleshooting for GFCI outlets is not included. After two years, bulb replacements are typically $2/bulb, and wiring repairs at $6/ft

A: Yes! After the first year, you can switch out the bulb colors for an additional cost of $2 per bulb.

A: You can choose between a smart timer or a dusk-to-dawn timer at no additional cost.
